    1. Introduction of the course

      Chronic kidney disease (CKD), or chronic kidney failure, is a progressive loss of kidney function, sometimes over years, leading to permanent kidney failure.

      The objective of this video is to:

      • Understand the concepts related to Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD)
      • Enlist the risk factors of CKD
      • Enlist the etiology of CKD
      • Explain the classification of CKD

      This module on Chronic Kidney Diseases (CKD) deals with the various aspects of CKD and its management.
